We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Data Science Consultant.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
You are part of a cross-functional team with a focus on Data Science and Data Engineering.
You take an active role in client projects as well as internal initiatives, including project leadership responsibilities.
Presentations and pre-sales activities: confident communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
Development of data-driven strategies and translation of business questions into scalable use cases.
Acting as a key interface between business units and IT in the machine learning and data science environment.
Identification of opportunities, project ideas and new services.
Active trend monitoring, knowledge sharing and creation of presentations and content (e.g. for clients, website, social media).
What you bring to the table:
A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a comparable scientific discipline.
At least 5 years of professional experience in the data science and machine learning domain.
Proven expertise (certifications and/or project experience) in at least one of the following technologies: Databricks, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric.
Knowledge of modern Cloud Architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), on-premise solutions, containerized environments, and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience with Big Data Ecosystems (e.g. Apache Spark, Kafka), NoSQL Technologies and Cloud Services.
End-to-End experience across data/ETL pipelines, ML models, and their integration and deployment into existing IT systems.
Development of ML-Applications and confi dent use of Python and/or R, SQL.
Up-to-date know-how in GenAI, RAG and Agentic AI, along with a strong interest in building stable, production-ready client solutions.
Business-fluent English and strong presentation & facilitation skills. German is considered a significant plus.
Willingness to travel if projects require on-site work (for kicks-offs or status-meetings).
